Standard sizing is as follows (Thumb to Pinky):
X-Small —> 3 - 6.5 - 5.5 - 7 - 9
Small —> 2 - 5.5 - 5 - 6 - 8
Medium —> 1 - 4.5 - 4 - 5 - 8
Large —> 0 - 4 - 3 - 4.5 - 7
X-Large —> 00 - 3 - 2 - 4 - 7

This is a pre-made set using standard sizing. If you are in between sizes, it is always safer to go up a size and file the nail to fit.
