1. My art is for personal use only. You may not use my art for commercial uses. You may not make any profit off of my art unless a license is purchased through me.

2. I create my own deadlines. If you need something done by a certain date, you are subject to a fee of 50% of the total, example: your total is $50 the rush fee would be $25 = $75 final.

3. All commissions are non-refundable. This is non-negotiable. I cannot refund the time spent.

4. Commissions can only be paid through Cash App, Venmo, Apple Pay, Paypal, or Square only.

5. I require full payment after sketches are sent and confirmed. Payment is non- refundable.

6. I can refuse or cancel any commissions at any time. If I personally refuse the commission after it was paid for, a refund will be issued. If the commission is cancelled after sketches are sent, it is non- refundable.

7. I reserve the right to upload my artwork to twitch, my portfolio, YouTube, etc.

8. You commissioned me to create art, you did not create it yourself, so do not claim that you did. If you have been found to claim my work, legal action will be pursued.

9. Source files ONLY come packaged with YouTube/Twitch headers, and full image panels. If you require the source file for any other commission there is an additional fee STARTING at $20.

10. Custom work has a BASE price and may go up from there depending on intricacy of work. If you are unsure how much it will be, just message me.
 

11. I do not offer personal discounts unless part of a promotion or agreed otherwise.

12. Sketches are not started and progress is not made until I receive payment in full.
